Back Pain

So apparently my BP and HR were very high and my nurse has been tracking it. She wants to get an updated list of my meds. Luckily Pauley has a spreadsheet of my meds, doctors, and procedures. I'll have her email my nurse.
The invega trinza injection hurts like hell and she kept apologizing. For the price of having 3 months with no symptoms I'm happy. I haven't heard voices in over 7 months. And I haven't wanted to kill myself in over 6 years.
If I had a car I'd try to become a peer support specialist. I've been told by many healthcare professionals that I would really do good work and I'm really good at listening and helping talk out solutions.
The one thing that she mentioned is coffee raises BP and HR which I knew. I probably drink maybe 30-40 oz per day. But I haven't had any coffee yet today.
I didn't bring my walker to my appointment. I was out of breath and gasping by the time I got up the stairs to the 2nd floor where I live. It's just 17 steps but I have so much going on with my health. It might as well been a mile.
I am craving fried green tomatoes and fried okra and fried cabbage with bacon and OMG fried smashed plantains! Southern/Jamaican food makes my soul happy.
My arm is gonna be achy for a few days. Nowhere near the pain I get in my hips.

Lots of stuff is happening this week.
Tomorrow is the EEG.
Tuesday is therapy and Endo.
Wednesday is my next invega trinza injection.
Thursday I'm trying to see if my peer specialist will come kidnap me for lunch or coffee.
Friday is the cortisone injections in both hips!!!
Saturday is the curiosities and oddities expo with Pauley and my QPP. I'm very interested to see how I handle walking around the expo. I'm bringing my walker. I should be able to handle at least 3 hours.
Right now my pain is at 7. As long as I don't move.

Yesterday my new pain management doctor wanted to see my range of motion in my hips. She had me lay down and she bent my right leg. OMG the pain spiked to 9. She apologized for hurting me but I said she needs to see how bad it gets.
This morning I woke up in serious pain. My lumbar feels like I got kicked. My right hip really hurts. But the X-rays showed us why my right side hurts so much. The ball socket is bone on bone. It's new since September of 2022.
Thankfully I have Pauley. She gave me a Norco and she put some CBD cream on my back. Right now pain is at 6.
My fasting BG was about 152. I need to eat something but I don't want to get off my bed. I'm craving a grilled cheese sandwich with some sweet potato red pepper soup.

Hi everyone:) I have been dealing with excruciating back pain for 8 weeks. Lots of tests, shots, & meds. Not much is helping. I have a very important test on Tuesday. I’m hoping it goes well. I’m very scared. I’ve never experienced physical pain like this. And I have bipolar disorder and panic disorder. Having a really tough time. How are you all doing?

About an hour ago I started getting a migraine so I took 2 tramadol and one eletriptan. I'm sitting on my couch with Pauley and she just put the laundry in the dryer.
The outfit for tomorrow was not clean so she put it in the wash. I think I might look really cute tomorrow. I'll get her to take pictures.
OMG I went to adjust my position and my back went from 5 to 7 in a flash.

I had a really bad migraine when I woke up but I took my meds and 3 hours ago it went away. My right hip still hurts but not as bad as this morning. My tummy hurts so bad.
I ate 2 buttered cheesy English muffins for lunch and then at 430pm I had some cheesy broccoli.
I need to wake up Pauley for some CBD cream on my back.
